Stephen Alexander launched his salon in September 1995 where he built up a team of young hairdressers and trained them the Vidal Sassoon way. The team strengthened and with continued success recently moved to larger premises in Moulsham Street, Chelmsford in 2009 where they continue to provide customers with high level quality hairdressing to the standards Sassoon would be proud of.

At Stephen Alexander you will experience a fun and friendly atmosphere the moment you walk through the door, where our team will greet you and provide you with refreshments of your choice followed by a professional consultation learning your face shape and hair type in preparation for your new look.

Also at Stephen Alexander you can relax with our Keune Organic hair therapy treatment with hot towels which has proven to be very popular. We provide a complete hair colour service with Matrix socolor beauty giving you the best choice in colour for you and your hair.

For your home we cater for your hairs every need with our large range of award winning styling products so your hair has the best all year round!
