Deposit & Patch Test Policy

Colour Safety Policy at Stephen Alexander Hairdressing Salon in Chelmsford

If you are new to Stephen Alexander Hairdressing, or have not had your hair coloured with us within the last 12 months, we will require you to come in for a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. 

We will now be taking a 50% deposit off all new colour clients which will be taken when you pop in for your consultation and patch test. This applies to new clients and existing clients that haven’t been to the salon for 6+ months.
