Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Your pre-payment will be required at the time of booking. Please note that until such time that the deposit payment has been made, Stephen Alexander Hairdressing reserves the right to cancel your appointment.

In the event you need to cancel an appointment, your deposit is refundable, providing you have met the terms of our Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Should a cancellation or change be required, we do request a minimum of 24 hours notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. 'No shows' will be charged at your full appointment cost. Payment for late cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to your card.

Please note that should you be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, this will likely need to be rescheduled or altered and the late cancellation policy will apply as per the above.

Colour Safety Policy

If you are new to Stephen Alexander Hairdressing, or have not had your hair coloured with us within the last 12 months, we will require you to come in for a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. 

We take a50% deposit off all new colour clients, which will be taken when you pop in for your consultation and patch test. This applies to new clients and existing clients that haven’t been to the salon for 6+ months.
